Massage therapy is also known as Swedish massage or deep tissue massage.  Various techniques are used to manipulate the soft tissues of the body in order to release tension and pain, and increase circulation.

Shiatsu therapy is a Japanese healing therapy, and uses  extensions of the classical acupuncture meridians to diagnose and treat conditions of the body.  Shiatsu is often referred to as ‘acupuncture without the needles’.  The treatment consists of comfortable, sustained pressure applied to these meridian points, bringing the Qi, (body’s energy), back into balance.

Reflexology is a treatment devoted ‘solely’ to your feet. Areas of the feet indirectly correspond to other parts of the body, helping to improve body functions while experiencing an hour of deep relaxation.

Hot stone therapy uses deeply penetrating heat to help release muscle tension and pain. The hot stones improve circulation and help with detoxification.

Table Thai Massage combines a combination of breathing, yoga, and compression of the muscles to alleviate tension and stress from the mind and body. The client wears loose, comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement and flow from one stretch to another, for this they use great massage tables that are fix with the best wood fillers which are great for this purpose.

Reiki is a Japanese healing therapy that creates a harmony between the body, mind, and spirit. It uses the natural life energy to flow from the practitioner to individual to speed up ones healing process. It also provides a source of restoring energy while one is ill, or under medical treatment. Reiki does not conflict with other health-care treatment but enhances its results.

Crystal Therapy is a therapy that uses gemstones or crystals for their spiritual and healing properties. You place the crystals on the chakra points of the body to help align one to another to bring about balance and harmony within the body.

    * With any therapy, the treatment is always geared to your comfort level.

Acupuncture therapy involves the insertion of very thin, single-use needles into the skin to stimulate specific acupuncture points located along the meridian pathways of the body.  The meridian system in Traditional Chinese Acupuncture is a network of energy pathways where vital energy (Qi/Chi) circulates throughout the body. When the Qi energy is plentiful and flows in balance the body is healthy.  If there is an imbalance in the flow of Qi, acupuncture can re-balance and improve the body’s energy to promote harmonious functioning and stimulate the body’s own natural healing ability.  Acupuncture is beneficial for a wide variety of acute and chronic conditions including pain, anxiety, sleep issues, digestive issues, PMS, reproductive disorders, asthma and so much more.  Your acupuncturist will discuss a treatment plan designed specifically for your health needs.

Homeopathy acts on an energetic level and has a broad effect, shifting mental, emotional and physical symptoms.  The homeopath pays close attention to a persons symptom, which is the body’s attempt to restore itself to balance.  Unlike conventional medicine which seeks to control and suppress these symptoms, the homeopath uses these symptoms to guide them to the correct homeopathic medicine to restore health naturally.  Homeopathy is used to assist people rather than to treat illness.  Anyone, whatever the diagnosis, can benefit from homeopathic care.  Homeopathy helps by increasing the individual’s strength and resistance to disease and is effective in relieving many acute and chronic health complaints, some include: injuries, migraines, allergies, chronic pain, PMS, menopausal symptoms, hormonal health, infertility, psoriasis, eczema, asthma, infectious diseases, HIV/AIDS, depression, anxiety, IBS/Chrohns, rheumatism, sciatica seizures autism, ADHD, and many more.
